Privacy

What we collect, why, and who sees it. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising, so there is no third-party tracking to disclose.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone, home state and the details you attach to a booking. Payment details are held by our payment processor, not by us — we see the last four digits and nothing else.

What the guide sees

When you book: your name, phone, email, party details and anything you wrote in the request. That is deliberate — a guide needs to reach you the night before a hunt. Guides never see your card details or your saved shortlist.

What other hunters see

Your reviews, under the name on your account. Nothing else. Your bookings, messages and shortlist are private.

Guest details

A lead booker can enter contact details for their party, or a guide can add them from the roster. Either way a guest can ask us to remove their details and we will, including from the guide’s contact book.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records for seven years, because tax and dispute rules require it. Message threads for as long as the booking record, since they are the evidence when something is contested. Everything else until you delete your account.

Your controls

Download everything we hold on you, or delete your account, from your account page. Deleting removes your profile and shortlist and anonymises your reviews; it cannot remove the booking and payment records we are required to keep.
